Lake Natterer See is a picturesque natural lake west of Natters, just a few kilometers from Innsbruck. Nestled among rolling hills and dense forests, it offers an idyllic setting for relaxation and leisure activities. In summer, the lake is a popular destination for bathing, swimming, and sunbathing. The water is clear and warms up pleasantly in the warmer months. Around the lake, there are lawns, jetties, and a large water sports facility with slides, a water trampoline, and stand-up paddleboard rentals. The lake is part of the Natterer See holiday paradise, an award-winning campsite with modern accommodations, a restaurant, and numerous recreational opportunities. In addition to traditional pitches, there are also luxury mobile homes, sleeping barrels, and safari tents. Even outside of the bathing season, the lake is a popular spot for walks, jogging, or simply relaxing in nature. In winter, when it's cold enough, the lake sometimes freezes over and becomes a natural ice skating rink. The three crystal-clear lakes invite you to cool off, rest and play. For the children there is a water play area with a cone-washing system, whitewater course and raft. Relaxation loungers and benches are set up around them so that you can enjoy the impressive mountain panorama and unwind.
