Beautiful little rock formation, two sizes bigger and you could think you were in Saxon Switzerland.

Great rock formation. Not far from the rocks there is also a hut where you can take a nice break and enjoy nature.

Since the middle of the 19th century, numerous shelters have been built in Wiesbaden's city forest. The oldest still preserved today is the Ludwig-Schwenck-Hütte, built in 1907.

The hut is located at one of the main entrances to Wiesbaden's Terra Levis burial forest. The parking lot and bus stop were built here for this reason. The Grey Stone is on the other side of the path.

Nice little "tour" where you not only learn about Mr. Leichtweis, but also about the fauna of the cave and how the cave has changed over the years. The tour is free, there is a bucket at the entrance into which you can put a small donation. Above the cave there is a hut where coffee and cake are sold.

The Leichtweißhöhle is a cave in Wiesbaden's Nero Valley. Its name can be traced back to the poacher Heinrich Anton Leichtweiß, who used the cave as a shelter from 1789 to 1791. Forest workers discovered the cave and light white due to rising smoke. Wikipedia
