Located on Karaağaç Road in Edirne, this monument was erected in 2018 as part of the International Edirne Liver and Frying Pan Festival to set a Guinness World Record. The largest cooking pot in the world. On May 12, 2018, in the "8TH EDİRNE INTERNATIONAL BRASS FESTIVAL" organized by Edirne Municipality, 600 kilograms of fried liver was cooked on this largest pan to set a new record for Guinness World Records. The pan weighs 2 tons and is 80 centimeters high and 704 centimeters in diameter. During the record, 2,520 liters of sunflower oil, 250 kilograms of flour, 12 tons of wood and 3 tons of coal were used.
