At 675 m, the Wüstegarten is the highest mountain in the Kellerwald and Kellerwaldsteig. The Kellerwald Tower offers a great view. The viewing platform is at 700 m.

If you come from above you can drive past quickly. On the stones - wide about 6 meters high about 15 meters - there is a wooden cross. The stones are also a well-known hiking destination.

The Hagenstein between Schmittlotheim and Kirchlotheim in the Waldeck-Frankenberg district of Hesse is a 373.5 m high spur peak in the Ederhöhen. In 2014, a natural viewing platform was built here, which can also be easily reached with a wheelchair or stroller and offers a great view over the Edertal.
