Great as a starting point for a hike on Lake Starnberg. Idyllic location and free parking included.

Outside the bathing season an idyllic and quiet place. A bench by the lake invites you to linger. 🦆 and coot live here too.

When you approach the Bismarck Tower, you first think of a Nazi monumental building. But it is older, it was created at the end of the 19th century. Some wealthy and enlightened citizens had it built to thank Bismarck for joining Bavaria to the German Empire. There are many details to discover, such as beautiful Art Nouveau fonts. And the view is just amazing!
