The Schubräu-Alm is located at an altitude of 1,157 meters and offers you a nice place to stop off during your hike in the Mangfall Mountains. Here you can recharge your batteries in the cozy parlor or on the terrace with delicious food and refreshing drinks. You can also stay overnight here. The Alm is open from May to October. The Kesselalm is located at an altitude of 1,285 meters. It is open all year round and is a great starting point for hikes in summer and winter. At the hut you can get hearty food, snacks and cakes. There are also drinks and ice cream. You can spend the night in the dormitory. Thursdays are closed and the hut may also be closed in bad weather. The hut is located in the middle between Brannenburg and the Wendelstein, at a stop on the cog railway. Despite the name "Alm", it is a DAV hut of category II. The Alm is open all year round, with days off on Mondays and Tuesdays. An Alpine Club hut with overnight accommodation. Fresh roast pork is available on Sundays. You can also use the cog railway to get there and back.

Here at the Mitteralm you can not only enjoy a cold drink or a snack, you can also continue your tour from here at the request station using the cog railway. It is helpful to note that bad weather is approaching.
