Loch Raven is a beautiful reservoir that provides drinking water to Baltimore. Big Gunpowder Falls River feeds into the lake, which was built in 1881. There are lots of hiking trails around the reservoir.

Lost Lake is a small lake just north of the Patapsco River within Patapsco Valley State Park's Glen Artney Area. The lake often has various species of birds and vegetation to look at while you ride.
