Mockritz Natural Swimming Pool, located in the Kaitzbach Valley in Dresden. Information: It offers a water surface area of 2,700 square meters. The pool originated from the former mint pond, which was excavated in the 1620s at the beginning of the Kipper and Wipper period to power the mint located near the Dresden Royal Palace. The mill, situated right next to the pond, also used this water. The mill operated until approximately 1875.
