The beautiful, idyllic park, close to the city, is worth a visit at any time of year with its water and meadow areas, offering wonderful impressions.

This rest area lookout point is a particularly road-bike-friendly way to see some of the Rieselfelder's magnificent landscape and birdlife, as it's located directly on a paved road that's easy to ride on. The Rieselfelder's 12-meter-high observation tower on the opposite side of the large reservoir, with its even better views, can only be reached by taking a short, unpaved path.

This rest area with benches and tables is located on a small hill and is referred to as "Feldherrnhügel" (Field Marshal's Hill) in an information brochure from the Rieselfelder Münster Biological Station. Due to its slightly elevated position, it offers a good view of the Rieselfelder's large reservoir.

When there is little going on it is really fun to heat along there

A super quiet and beautiful park right next to Münster's city center. Suitable for bikes and walkers.

I found another intact bridge and it is beautiful. Well thought out and designed. With steps leading down to the water and half partitions for privacy.

The little house at the end of the jetty is beautifully made. The steps leading down to the water make excellent seating, bringing you right to the water's edge. The semi-open walls also provide a sense of privacy. The wood is warm and inviting. The whole thing is well thought out and designed, a true work of art!
