Built in 1801, the lighthouse is made of brick. The rotating lens is a 500-watt bulb, with a magnification of 10 times. Visible from 48 km away on a clear night. The lighthouse can only be viewed from the outside. Visit Lolland-Falster.

You drive past the lake and then stand in Nysted Harbor with a magnificent view of Aalhorn Castle. We lingered on the benches and enjoyed this view for a long time.

Although the castle is not open to the public, the causeway offers a magnificent view of the fortress on the Nystedfjord. This is one of Denmark's best-preserved medieval castles.

It's worth stopping by the church, built of red and black-fired bricks. A beautifully landscaped cemetery surrounds the church building.

The white tower at the southern tip of Falster shines from afar. It is located very close to the bird ringing station.

The water tower was built in 1908 and was Denmark's first reinforced concrete building of this size. The water tower is 43 meters high, there are 7 floors and 147 steps, and the observation deck is at a height of 32 meters.
