Mighty fortification erected by Duke Pirro del Balzo, then transformed into a noble residence in the 16th century by Carlo and Emanuele Gesualdo. Inside is the Municipal Historical Archive and the National Archaeological Museum, rich in evidence of the Roman colony of Venusia.

Gravina in Puglia is the charming town where the Alta Murgia park is located. The town and the surrounding area are characterized by the famous ravines: deep canyons dug into the rock by water over time. Here, you can also admire the Aqueduct bridge that connects the two banks of the Gravina stream.

The Fizio forest is 110 hectares large. Many excursions depart both on foot and by MTB to explore the forest and surroundings of the Alta Murgia national park. The forest is rich in vegetation such as the many conifers.

The Serra di Corvo lake is an artificial lake born from the damming of the Basentello stream and the Roviniero with a dam built between 1969 and 1974.

Spinazzola is a town in Puglia not far from the border with Basilicata, on the slopes of the Murge. It has medieval origins and owes its name to the Spinelli family, who was its feudal lord from the 13th to the 15th century. The town is known for the production of homemade bread and for its musical tradition, which is expressed in the town band and its participation in musical reviews and competitions.
