After the completion of the Corkscrew Route in 2006, there was no bridge here for many years, and the route had to be inconveniently crossed via Wuppertaler Straße. Only through private donations could the construction of this bridge be realized.

The Wupper beach

The trails along the Wupper River offer a pleasant climb into the Bergisches Land region. CX or gravel.

The galleries in the former freight halls are worth a visit.

Finally (starting in June 2025), the cycle path on the L 74 between Müngsten and Kohlfurth will be renovated by Straßen.NRW. The renovation of the route from Müngsten to Kohlfurt is complete. Anyone familiar with the condition before the renovation will be delighted.
