To mark its 20th anniversary in 2013, the Elsterschloss-Gymnasium Support Association commissioned the creation and installation of an art installation on the grounds of the present-day Elsterschloss-Gymnasium. As part of the "Art at the Castle" project, a bronze casting model of Elsterschloss Elsterwerda was created. Prussian-Saxon boundary stone 175 on the boundary stone trail near Merzdorf. Information: A truncated sandstone pyramid with a plinth, located directly on the border line. The number 175 and the state abbreviation K.P./K.S. are carved on the opposite side. Seven smaller stones are placed between them at irregular intervals. The stone displays extensive, later-added carvings (including a star) and is irregularly chipped at the top.
