Lake Feisneck lies on the southeastern edge of the town of Waren (Müritz) and is a natural glacial ribbon lake connected to the Binnenmüritz (inner Müritz) via a narrow channel. Surrounded by reed beds and nestled within the landscape of the Müritz National Park, the lake offers a protected natural setting. Lake Feisneck is an attractive destination for cyclists, as scenic cycling routes along its shores and through the surrounding paths combine experiencing nature with physical activity.

This landscaped Olympic grounds were built for the 1936 Olympic Games in Berlin. After years of neglect, it was redesigned and replanted in 2006, based on historical models.
