Great place to linger. The Drau and Vellach rivers flow together here. You can sunbathe on the gravel bed and refresh yourself in the rivers.

In the south aisle there is a remarkable Gothic stone Madonna from the middle of the 14th century. The head of the baby Jesus is missing, and a new head has been added to the Madonna. The sculpture was originally set up in the Augustinian Hermitage Monastery, which was dissolved in the 19th century. According to legend, the heads of the sculpture were cut off by Protestants in 1560 and buried in the monastery field. The incident is one of the few cases of Reformation iconoclasm in Carinthia.
