This short spur trail connects the OHT to Cherry Bend Trailhead, crossing Highway 23 near the Pig Trail Scenic Byway. The trailhead includes a small parking area, an information board, and two level tent pads tucked just behind the trail register. It’s a convenient access point for day and thru hikers, with nearby waterfalls and a quiet spot to camp.

Lake Sequoyah is a sizable reservoir just east of Fayetteville. You get a pretty great view of the water from the bridge crossing over the lake, and there are a number of trails that you can try your hand at that follow the banks of the reservoir.

Make a stop on the Clear Creek bridge and admire the beauty of the rocky streambed. By the way, the multi-use trail Razorback Regional Greenway is also called Clear Creek Trail from here on and follows the course of the creek for a few miles.
