1903: The mill was rebuilt using an octagonal frame from a Groningen mill. The mill was the former Faber oil mill, later Bakker, which was transferred from Middelstum in 1903 and rebuilt in Schoonoord for J.G. (Jakob Gerrit) de Vries (1835-1916).
