It feels just like the library in my neighborhood I went to as a child; a warm, welcoming place where you feel comfortable and relaxed. You could get lost for a day just looking for a book and chatting with the friendly staff. The library is right next to the park, so you can borrow a book, find a nice bench, and read outside!

A beautiful little gem! Beautiful views, plenty of picnic tables, restrooms, a playground, informative signs, and two pairs of binoculars. I'm already looking forward to more picnics there! Beware of a wasp nest in the ground and the strong smell of dead fish among the rocks.

This park is packed full of activities; bicycling, disc golf, electric car charging stations, hiking trails, picnic area, picnic benches, playgrounds. In the winter there is cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, sledding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, softball, tennis, and toboggan chutes.

Saint Peter & Saint Paul Roman Catholic Church was erected in 1844. The interior furniture was custom designed and built by the millwork shop at Frontier Lumber Company in Buffalo. The church was founded by 22 German families.

Hamburg Beach is a sandy beach, and has certified lifeguards on duty. The beach has so much to offerer including sun bathing, boat launch and a year-round, fully equipped fitness center, a snack bar, changing rooms and public rest rooms.

Though both of the Grand Island Bridges look like they were built in 1930, actually the northbound traffic bridge is nearly 30 years younger, being built in 1963, while the 1935 southbound traffic bridge is 30 years older. The second bridge was built to maintain the original aesthetic.

Open to runners, walkers, bike riders, and pedestrians in general, the Tifft Street Pier looks over the Buffalo Harbor South Entrance and a few different grain elevators. You can run along the water for miles in both directions if you stick to the paved paths.

According to Town Line Legend in 1861, 125 men voted resolution to secede from the United States. Years later 1946, Town Line held a ceremony in to "rejoin" the Union. This gave Town Line the nickname "last holdout of the Confederacy”.
