Little Belknap is just a five minute hike from the PCT. Explore around this little volcano to find the lava tubes. The views towards Mount Washington, the Three Sisters, Three Fingered Jack and over the gigantic lava fields are one of a kind. There is even a (rocky) spot for cowboy camping on top of Little Belknap.

Clear Lake, situated 86 miles northeast of Eugene, Oregon, in Linn County, is a picturesque mountain lake. Its two main bodies are linked by a narrow passage. Fed primarily by snow runoff from Mount Washington and nearby regions, the water passes through caverns for over two decades before reaching Clear Lake. The lake is perfect for recreational boating, cooling off or having a picnic on the shore.

The view point for Koosah Falls is easily accessible right off the road. However, you can get two waterfalls in for a quick stop by doing a short walk up the trail to Sahalie Falls.

Sahalie Falls greets cyclists with a breathtaking cascade as they arrive at the Sahalie Falls viewpoint. Though cyclists must dismount to fully appreciate the spectacle, the roaring waters plunging gracefully into the pool below offer a serene and mesmerizing sight, surrounded by verdant foliage and rugged cliffs.

Nearing the summit, the world unfolds. Gaze upon Detroit Lake, and the encircling Rocky Top, Water Tower Mountain, and Mayflower summits. From the peak, the vista extends far, revealing Mount Jefferson, the Three Sisters, and even the distant silhouette of Diamond Peak on the horizon.

In this Oregon paradise, nature's beauty knows no bounds. We lack enough names for its wonders. An anonymous stream merges with Sardine Creek, cascading into the North Santiam River, a testament to nature's majesty.
