Impressive old church decorated with regimental flags.

This traffic-free cycle path runs alongside the River Foyle, and is part of the Foyle Valley cycle route connecting Derry City to the border towns of Lifford and Strabane. The River Foyle is 80 miles long (129 km) and is one of the fastest flowing rivers in Europe for its size.

Saint Columb's Cathedral was the first cathedral built after the Reformation. It is the city's most historic building, housing artifacts from the siege.

There are many famous graves in the cemetery. St. Augustine's has a history that is second to none.

A pillar in honor of Reverend George Walker was erected here between 1826 and 1828. It was a 90 foot long Portland stone Doric column designed by James Henry. The column was destroyed by an IRA bomb in 1973.
