Zahara is a nice village, but nothing more. There's not much to do (out of season, when we were there). The streets in Zahara are challenging, both for driving and walking.

The views of the Zahara-El Gastor Reservoir, in the heart of the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park, are some of the most spectacular in Andalusia.

The path here winds uphill and is quite steep in several places. Don't forget to look around you regularly as the views are breathtaking

This site offers one of the best panoramic views of the reservoir and the entire environment that surrounds it, with the La Graja and Lagarín peaks behind. If you are around here you cannot miss it, in summer it is a very popular place for all kinds of activities such as paddle surfing, rowing, and many more.

It's a municipality that's part of the White Villages Route. It's located in the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park, on the banks of the Zahara Reservoir.

The Mirador Puerto de los Acebuches located between carob trees and oaks you can enjoy the view of the Garganta Verde canyon. Also, if you are lucky, you can see some vultures, because here is one of the largest colonies on the peninsula.
