A choice of routes after loch Arklet, either head west to Inversnaid and the West Highland Way (be aware of a steep descent down to Inversnaid and this section of the WHW is not great for bikes) or east to Stronachlachar and Loch Kartine, with it's beautiful quiet road. For those with tired legs there is a boat from Stronachlachar back to the Trossachs pier, check the timetable as it's not a frequent service.
