The Bridge and viewpoint are incredible and well worth the half hour round trip getting the car park... A must stop if you have the time. Careful of the Midges... Even by west coast standards this is unbearable... Easily half of the visitors were sensibly in face nets.

Cracking tracks, one hike a bike after the last house going east wards

An easy track up to East Rhidorroch lodge where a bike can be left before climbing the very remote Munro Seana Bhraigh (927m).

Quaint little walk alongside the river, lovely having the sound of the stream while hiking :)

Look down fron the bridge to see the stream find its way through a rocky bed. To your right you can follow the river to Loch Achall.

Great food and friendly staff. Make sure you visit on a dry day and get there early.

Ullapool Harbour is always worth wandering around. Whether it is looking at the numerous small fishing boats or watching one of the larger ones unload ready for the cargo to be transported by road, it just captivating to watch. Even the regular visits from the Caledonian Macbrayne ferries or the occasional larger cruise ship in Loch Broom make you stop to look.

4x4 track all the way, 1 river crossing & 1 hike a bike up a hill before it at the last house you pass.

One of the best waterfalls to see in Scotland, and the sheer height of the falls and gorge are impressive.

The viewpoint sticks out from the trees and gives a great view back to the falls. The bridge can be seen here.

2nd loch heading east from ullapool, you have past the steep hike a bike section so you can chill and enjoy just a river crossing the good few times I crossed it, it was ankle deep.

Nice place to have a sarnie, couple of wee waterfalls too.

Also known as Magoo's bothy, Stony gravel tracks out to the bothy. Bothy is good inside with a few different rooms.

Easy cycle tracks, starts with single track tar then onto 4x4 track.
