Depending on which way the wind is blowing, you can cycle in front of or behind the dyke. In front of the dyke you have a great view, of course, but if there is a headwind it can turn into "work"

The upper light of Tossens looks impressive.

Visit the upper light at Eckwardenaltendeich. The upper light in Tossens dates from 1886/88 and is 54.515m high. The tower shaft is made of reinforced concrete and has a diameter of 3.50m at the outside of the base. The upper light has a range of 19.7 nautical miles, which is the equivalent of 36.48km.
