Great stretch very scenic. Keep an eye for Charlecote Mill.

Avoid the two paths at peak times weekends, usually crowded,  32 plus gravel tyres recommended.. nice café at the top lock.

This is one of England's tallest remaining maypoles. It is a striped pole that stands over 20 metres high. It has been present since the days of Shakespeare, and its original incarnation was made of wood (until it was struck by lightning and destroyed). The current pole is made of aluminium and is officially a Grade II historical monument listed by English Heritage.

Lovely well-surfaced road to decent from Snowshill village. Cotswold Lavender is very close and worth visiting.

Wonderful ascent to Snowshill, which leads to Broadway Hill and Broadway Tower with nice cafés at the top. Very recommended
