The manor house was built in 1889 (date visible on the south elevation), likely on the site of an earlier building for the then owner, Richard Mentz. It has recently been extensively rebuilt and adapted to its new function. Formerly located on the northern line of the farmyard, it now stands on Konikowo Street. The brick, plastered building is rectangular in plan, with a three-sided annex on the axis of the south elevation and a later addition on the east elevation. It has a compact, single-story structure with a basement and a low attic level under a high, gabled roof covered with tiles, with a ridge position on the sides of the structure. The original bronze monument was designed by sculptor Marcin Rożek and unveiled by President Ignacy Mościcki on May 30, 1929, but was destroyed by German forces during the 1939 September Campaign. The current monument, standing 4.75 meters tall on a nearly 4-meter pedestal, was recreated by sculptor Jerzy Sobociński based on the original design and unveiled on May 9, 1985.

The Wełna River is a picturesque tributary of the Warta River, flowing through Wielkopolska and constituting an attractive trail for lovers of nature and active recreation. Its winding course, clean waters and varied landscape attract kayakers, and the calmer sections are ideal for anglers. The Wełna flows through forests and agricultural areas, and on its banks you can see numerous species of water birds. There are also interesting cycling routes along the river, such as the yellow and green trails of the Gniezno district.

The pavement is in poor condition, uneven, and not particularly pleasant to ride down.

One of the sculptures located in Gniezno as part of the Royal Route, which consists of statues of the first five kings of Poland, characters from two Piast legends, four educational models, eight information boards and three interactive info kiosks. The "guide" between the individual elements of the Royal Route in Gniezno are 15 rabbit sculptures.

One of the largest and oldest psychiatric facilities in Poland. Construction began in 1891, the hospital began operating on October 20, 1894 as the National Psychiatric Facility in Dziekanka (currently a district of Gniezno). On the hospital grounds there is a monument to the founder of the hospital, Aleksander Piotrowski, whose collaborator was the psychiatrist and philosopher of medicine Kazimierz Filip Wize.
