I advise that on the days that are indicated, it has to be if you go by vehicle, because in summer it is very hot in this area and you have a river, even if it is not powerful, it can cool off. If you do it on foot or by bicycle, you have to bring plenty of water, because if it has been a very dry year we have the problem here.
