It is an extraordinary mill since it is located in the middle of the hillside at a level very similar to that of the waterfall from which it was fed by a small channel dug into the rock.

The Moruno Oven is so close to the Cortijo de las Américas itself, as it is wall to wall as a continuation of the building in ruins. It is right next to the bike seen in the first photo.
