バラトン-フェルビデキネムゼティ公園のおすすめライド

ケシュトヘイのコシュート・ラヨシュ通りにある教会は、この街とバラトン地域全体の最も重要な史跡の一つです。これは「ハンガリーの聖母」教会（ハンガリー語：Magyarok Nagyasszonya-plébániatemplom）で、歩行者区域（Kossuth Lajos utca）の終点にあるメイン広場（Fő tér）のすぐそばに位置しています。ケシュトヘイで最も古い建物です。この教会は、1386年頃、イシュトヴァン・ラックフィ伯爵によってフランシスコ会のために建てられました。ラックフィ自身は1397年の処刑後、この教会に埋葬されました。彼のゴシック様式の墓碑は今日でも見ることができます。

The Gothic church is the oldest building in Keszthely and was probably completed around 1390. In 1974, murals were discovered in the sanctuary, which are considered the largest Gothic frescoes in present-day Hungary. The church is dedicated to the Virgin Mary, Queen of Hungary.

A baroque palace built in the 18th century and now serving as a museum. Surrounded by a large park, the palace houses, among other things, a carriage museum, a palm house, and a hunting exhibition. It was the residence of the Hungarian noble Festetics family for over 200 years. Today, it is known as the Helikon Palace Museum and houses an extensive library and various exhibitions.
