In this ichnites (fossilized dinosaur footprints) site near the town of Fuentes de Magaña, more than 100 sauropod dinosaur footprints are preserved. The site has been equipped with explanatory panels and a replica of a sauropod.

Fuentes de Magaña is a town in Soria in the Tierras Altas region, in the community of Castilla y León. During the Middle Ages it was part of the Community of Villa y Tierra de Magaña. Of its heritage, the church of the Immaculate Conception and the hermitage of San Sebastián stand out. Just 200 meters from the town, to the south, you can see some dinosaur footprints, in the area known as the Miraflores ravine.

On the outskirts of Cerbón is the surprising Romanesque church of San Pedro. The temple, despite its austere appearance, has the beauty of bare stone, especially when the sun hits it directly.

Aldehuela de Periáñez is surprisingly beautiful and monumental for its small size. The church of San Juan Bautista and the town hall building stand out especially. In addition, here you find a fountain that, although it has the sign of untreated water, is highly recommended by locals.

No matter how much the sign says about untreated water... the wisest people in the area recommend its consumption.
