With three inhabitants according to the 2021 census, it is the municipality with the smallest number of inhabitants in Spain.

The church of San Esteban Protomártir stands out, built during the 17th and 18th centuries; the hermitage of the Santísimo Cristo de la Sala; the Loranque farm, a farmhouse from the end of the 18th century; and the open-air sculpture museum, which exhibits works by contemporary authors at various pedestrian points.
