Puerto del Viento is a climb in the Costa del Sol region that is popular with cyclists and walkers. The pass connects Ronda to El Burgo and is approximately 13.3 kilometres long from El Burgo. It covers an elevation gain of 612 metres from El Burgo, with an average gradient of 4.6%. This route offers beautiful views of the Sierra de las Nieves and the Sierra de Grazalema, and is a great place to explore the nature and landscape of Andalusia. It is a relatively quiet route with little traffic, making it ideal for a relaxing and enjoyable ride.

Setenil de las Bodegas is a small town and a southern Spanish municipality (municipio) with only 2,675 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2022) in the east of the province of Cádiz in the autonomous region of Andalusia. Setenil is located on the "Road of the White Villages" (Ruta de los Pueblos Blancos) and was classified as a Conjunto histórico-artístico in 1985. The name of the town is said to be of Latin origin and means "seven times nothing" (Latin septem nihil). This dates back to the time of the Reconquista. The area around Setenil was a border area between Moors and Christians for around 200 years, and it was only on the seventh attempt that the town fell into Christian hands.
