Located in the parish of Sant Julià de Lòria, in the south of Andorra, this peak is very close to the border with Spain, within the Vall del Madriu-Perafita-Claror Natural Park, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. From the summit, you can enjoy spectacular views of the Grandvalira ski resort, the Ariège Valley in France, and other prominent peaks of the Pyrenees.

The Coll de la Gallina is the hardest pass in the Principality of Andorra. Its two aspects are simply spectacular. It is worth climbing both slopes. Personally, I like the Fontaneda slope a little more, which is the one you climb on the "La Purito" march. We could certainly say that it is one of the most well-known mountain passes in the south of the Andorran country, along with Rabassa. The paved road does not exist historically, but was built not many years ago and helps to connect the towns of Fontaneda and Bixessarri.

An ancient mountain pass links the communities of this mountainous region. At 1910 meters above sea level, the pass offers spectacular views of the surrounding landscape and the valley.

To get to the Pic you have to travel a gravel road along one of the highest mountain roads in the country's Pyrenees. The high altitude gravel road should not be attempted in winter. Impressive views at 2640 meters above sea level.

The port of La Rabassa offers incredible views of the Pyrenees mountain range and the Sant Julià de Lòria valley. There is plenty of parking at this high altitude tourist spot with plenty of options for adventure.

Very tough climb with a route of 12.2 kilometers and a steep average slope of 8.4%, reaching sections with a maximum slope of 18-20%. In some parts the road can be quite narrow, although traffic should be minimal here.
