The town of Novales is in the province of Huesca, in the community of Aragón, region of Hoya de Huesca. Located on an elevation of land next to the Guatizalema River, Novales appears for the first time in records at the end of the 11th century. In the highest part of the town are the remains of a 15th century castle. Built of ashlar, it had a walled enclosure, a tower and a portal with a semicircular arch. Older is the church of Nuestra Señora del Rosario, Romanesque style (12th century), expanded in the 16th century.

Huesca is the capital of one of the three Aragonese provinces, Huesca. the city, with a very large old town, a set of well-known architectural elements appear: the museum, the cathedral or the monastery are the case. Also the Plaça de Toros or the Plaça de D. Luis López Allué.

In the town of Vicién there are a large number of reminiscences of the Civil War. This is the case with the caves (shelters and gunpowder) and the nests of the puffin in the north of the town. On the outskirts of the town there is a wall that was part of an old fortification. There is also the San Gregorio Nacianceno church

The Valdabra Reservoir is located very close to the city of Huesca. Built in the early 1980s, over the years it has become a first-line setting for cyprinid fishing, mainly Carp and Roach. Prestigious championships such as the International Fiestas de San Lorenzo are held there.

This hermitage on the outskirts of Monflorite conserves only its trefoil header, one of the few headers of this type in the Aragonese Romanesque. The hermitage dates from the 12th century and is located on a sandstone bank where tombs have also been found.

Its old quarter stands on a gentle tozal, where the church and the remains of an old castle predominate over the modern part of the town.

Geological formation 25m high and 80m long that served as a watchtower to control the road between Huesca and Lleida. From this point you can access on foot or by pushing the bike.
