A tranquil little village, seemingly at the end of the world, full of charm and featuring a small restaurant. A dream!

Beware, you'll pay a hefty markup on all groceries here, and the billing is often opaque, to put it mildly. Even though it's a really nicely located supermarket, I'd recommend planning on buying elsewhere.

It's not for nothing that this place is part of almost every travel guide - simply beautiful.

This is a beautiful climb, five kilometers long with a fairly constant gradient of 7.3%. The road surface is generally good. Depending on the day of the week, you may encounter some traffic. The views are magnificent, and the curves are very fun.

Shortly before Puigpunyent, the 16 km descent to Es Secar de la Real begins. The upper section features the expected switchbacks, while further down it's a gentle 2-3% gradient. It's easy to ride and good for getting your average speed back up after the three hills.

A melting pot meeting place for locals and tourists. They're fully geared towards road bike customers, even offering delicious cakes and a tiny but well-stocked supermarket. A local drinking game: Every time the wind knocks a bike over, they drink!

The professional bike stands are impressive. This makes it clear: we're their main target group, and they're adapting to us.
