We have known the beach for 20 years and unfortunately it has changed a lot. It has become narrow, it is overcrowded, and the atmospheric beach bars with seating in the water have been banned. There are only degradable "booths" and beer in plastic cups and no seating - nature conservation goes too far. There used to be toilets - where do the thousands of visitors do their business? Certainly in the actually protected dunes. The only thing left is the azure water.

Considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca... During our visit, however, we decided not to take a dip in the sea, because that day of all seaweed, seaweed and other dirt washed up. There are (as far as we could discover) only two entrances to the beach.

In summer the crowds at Es Trenc are too big for us, but we like to come here in spring and autumn. We always start from Colonia de Sant Jordi, where it's easier to find a parking space, and then walk along the beach until we find a nice spot.
