This was an old railway line that has now been made into a green, beautiful and quiet road. Surrounded by dehesa forests typical of this area of Extremadura.

Reservoir that is located to the north of the town of Malpartida de Plasencia and that on its shore is accompanied by the Ermita de San Cristóbal, a space close to the stream with spaces of shade and to make a short stop observing the beautiful scenery!

Santa Bárbara is part of the southern side of the Sierra del Camocho and from where you can see good views of both Plasencia and the center of Malpartida de Plasencia to the south.

To the south of the Sierra del Camocho is this town with a spectacular church that dominates the rest of the hills. This mountain system separates the core of the Río Jerte valley to the north, where the city of Plasencia is located.

An old path that was already used in Mozarabic times and that runs through these precise landscapes of Dehesa typical of this area of the peninsula.
