What an exclusive paradise and privileged setting this lagoon has, whose waters come almost exclusively from underground seepage. Swimming is permitted in this lagoon, but recreational diving is prohibited.

Also known as Laguna de la Parra, it is a concentration of crystal-clear waters, primarily groundwater. This accumulation of clean water allows for swimming and other activities related to the environment, such as hiking; however, recreational diving is prohibited.

What pleasant views we encountered when we passed by places like this, where a large pool of crystal-clear water beckoned us to swim. I didn't swim, but I did dip my feet in and put cool water on my head and the cloth between it and my helmet, which felt wonderful. No one was around, so I enjoyed a pleasant moment alone, reveling in the fresh air.

Laguna Grande is located near Masegosa, in the Serranía de Cuenca. It is part of the Lagunas de El Tobar, which also include Laguna Pequeña and Laguna Ciega. Laguna Grande has a perimeter of about three kilometres and a depth of approximately 20 metres in the centre. Laguna Grande is a wildlife refuge, where otters and various aquatic birds can be observed. It is also an authorised bathing area during the summer, making it a popular destination for visitors.

Taravilla Lagoon, also known as Laguna de la Parra, is a beautiful mountain lagoon located in the Alto Tajo Natural Park. The lagoon was formed thanks to the growth of a tuff barrier that dams the water. Most of its feed comes from groundwater and nearby springs. It is a popular place for hiking, especially the circular route “El Salto de Poveda”, which starts at the lagoon. 🌄🚶‍♀️😎

This lagoon is a haven of peace where you can rest and bathe in tranquility. In addition, walking through its extraordinary surroundings is fabulous.

The Molino de Chincha Reservoir, located in the province of Cuenca, in the Carrascosa region, is an impressive place surrounded by nature. The reservoir has a capacity of 6 cubic hectometers (hm³)
