This walk is beautiful but we did it in April and it was very wet and slippery. There was a part with lots of stones and mud and leaves where you sank half a meter. Not very steep until the sanctuary. There we had to zigzag very steeply up the rock. Better to walk up than down but that part is strenuous and not average.

I love gravel!! Return to the swamp with hardly any unevenness. Enjoyable output with very beautiful landscapes. All track, flat, ideal terrain both for those who are starting out in this sport and for those who want to "push" and pick up speed on the flat 🚀🚀.

This bridge is part of the circular route to the reservoir and many others that pass through this place. The environment is magnificent to do it both walking and cycling. Crossing from one side to the other becomes a peculiar experience.

This section of the Basque-Navarrese train has an incredible gravel track. On the way you come across a sanctuary where you can spend the night. Also very close a bar with food. A place in a quiet environment where you should not forget an extra layer for the cold.

The sanctuary of Our Lady of Estíbaliz, located in a beautiful natural setting, dates from the 11th century and is one of the most spectacular Romanesque buildings in Álava. It is worth stopping to admire its Speciosa cover, very beautifully decorated. Nearby is the Romanesque Interpretation Center in Álava.

The Arantzazu sanctuary is located between the green mountains, ravines and streams of Oñate. But its location is not the only thing that makes it special. Although the original building dates from the s. XV, the basilica was rebuilt in 1950 in a modern architectural style that has been recognized with several awards.
