Culminating at 1,946 meters above sea level, the Col des Fourches is located on the ridge line which separates the cirques of Mafate and Salazie. This high altitude offers spectacular and unique views of the two cirques.

The Côteau Kervéguen is located on the eponymous plateau at an altitude of 2,206 meters. It offers the possibility of entering the cirque of Cilaos via a technical descent. A path also allows you to overlook the circus along its vertiginous wall towards the Dufour hut.
