A small, tricky section on the small alternative path. Nothing too serious.

During the summer of 2021, a huge fresco representing a Dungeness crab, commonly called Crab, was created by the artist Baby K. It is located on the path near Collignon, on the very walls of the fishpond where you can buy seafood and... crabs.

The collignon dike is a little apart, it is a bit against the tourist beaches. It is the paradise of wind surfer, windsurfers among others and it is so pleasant.

The Collignon dike is a maritime defense of the port of Cherbourg, located in Tourlaville. It constitutes, to the east, the final part of the Cherbourg dyke, thus closing the Cherbourg harbor, by extending the Eastern dyke, from which it is separated by the Cabart-Danneville pass. It rests on the shore, in the middle of Collignon beach. Located between two rocky points called "les Becquets", the port was built in 1783.
