Lord Fouquet d'Agoult, Count of Provence, decided to build a water reservoir for the castle of La Tour d'Aigues and had an aqueduct built in the 15th century. Lake La Bonde is located in a green area with forests. There is a beach along the lake on the west and north sides. The beach atmosphere on the west side of the campsite is wonderful. There is a bar and further on a restaurant. If you want it quieter, head towards the forest (where you can also camp for the night).
