Vallouise is a pleasant village in the valley of the same name. There is a big well in the middle of the village. During the Trail des Écrins, we like to dive here to cool off. And on Thursday, you shouldn't miss the weekly market.

Alefroide is a mountain village that is only inhabited in summer. A well-known refuge for many climbers who are here at the campsite. In the meadow area you can make beautiful trips that start from Alefroide.

Vallouise is a pleasant village in the valley of the same name. There is a large well in the middle of the village. During the annual Trail des Écrins, people like to dive in here to cool down after the trail run that is organized in the village. And on Thursdays there is a nice market here.

Vallouise is peacefully located in the valley of the same name on the river Gyronde. Surrounded by high peaks of up to 4000 meters, this is the starting point for tours in the mountains. In the village there are several taps for fresh water and cozy terraces and restaurants to prepare or conclude your trips.

Small village of Vallouise, perfect stopover before sinking into the Massif des Écrins, direction Ailefroide. There are cafes and restaurants, a fountain, a pretty little church with a magnificent door and the very pretty chapel of the penitents. Do not hesitate to take a walk in the small streets, it's worth it!

Very nice narrow path following the Gyr upstream. The views are magnificent!
