Beautiful lake located next to the Gers Refuge and below Col Pelouse

A beautiful family hike below Les Fiz and Pormenaz, with a beautiful view of Mont Blanc and the valley. From here, you can access Lake Pormenaz via three trails, including "La Chorde," reserved for those with mountain feet, with cable passages and ladders, and "Les Argentières," a less challenging route with cable passages and steps, and then the one passing through the Pierre à l'Ours on the mountainside.

The Tornieux refuge is located in a sublime natural setting and offers an incredible panorama from its terrace. You can sleep there, eat there and refresh yourself. But remember to book well if you want to enjoy these little pleasures of mountain hiking.

The refuge occupies an idyllic setting with a huge panorama of the Aravis mountain range and the Bouchet valley. It has a large dormitory with 30 beds. It is also possible to eat there and book a half-board package which includes breakfast and dinner.

Le Chatelet D'Ayères at 1.415m altitude is a small family accommodation at 1415 m altitude, nestled close to the Fiz mountain range with excellent views of Mont Blanc

Here you can not only enjoy beer with a view... every now and then planes take off and land on the meadow runway next door... a real adventure!

A hut with half board, comfortable bedrooms for 10 people and shared sanitary facilities with hot showers... the ideal base camp!
