As you cross the bridge to the Flower Island, you enter a haven of peace surrounded by the calm waters of the Courant de Mimizan. The wooden bridge offers a picturesque route to this small island where you will find an abundance of wild flowers that bloom during the warmer months. Good and shady path mostly through the pine forests. Not overcrowded even during high season. The gradients are kept within limits and you roll along quite calmly.
