In Ceilhes, you have to take the time to stroll through the medieval streets of the village and soak up the calm of the place. After enjoying the banks of the Bouloc lake and the pleasures of the beach in the summer, an alternation of paths and tracks in the cool atmosphere of a forest slope facing north allows you to reach the heights of the eastern shore of the Monts d'Orb lake. From Mont Redon, you can see far, in all directions.

Ceilhes-et-Rocozels is a great stopover with its lake, its restaurants and its many accommodation options, which range from camping to hotels and gîtes.

Track along the Verzolet stream, between Hermilix and Versols.

Old bridge over the Sorgues, with the possibility of swimming. There is direct access to the trails of the foothills of the Loubière after the bridge.

Small village built on the banks of the Sorgue from which several mountain bike routes start. To the north, the "Circuit des Hospitaliers" and to the south the "foothills of the Loubière". Nice view from the water tower, a little higher.

In the heart of the Grands Causses Regional Natural Park, Saint-Affrique spreads out in the Sorgues valley. Very nice market on Saturday morning and many producers of honey and Roquefort around. There is also a nice little associative café in the city: the Lieu-dit.

On the way to Millau I was hoping to find something to eat in Fondamente. Apart from the fact that I didn't meet anyone in the half hour of my local exploration, there is no shop or grocer. The hotel had closed, overall the place probably better times. But there was water at the well...
