Mirmande is a picturesque village in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of south-eastern France. It is situated on a hill and is surrounded by a 12th-century city wall. The village has a rich history and is known for its well-preserved buildings from the 12th to 16th centuries. There are many narrow streets and stairs leading to small squares and beautiful viewpoints.

Apart from the beautiful view, the trail is an absolute dream. Significantly easier to ride from north to south, but still challenging for non-freeriders. Oncoming traffic is not so desirable in places.
