Montélimar is a very pleasant town. It is good to stroll through the pedestrian streets of its old center. It is not only known for its famous nougat. The Château des Adhémar which is located to the northwest of the city is quite close and is worth a visit. The location of this city is privileged in the Rhone Valley. It is very well served both by road via the A7 motorway and the famous National 7, and by rail.

Looks more like a castle. The castle stands on the city hill. Unfortunately we could not visit it from the inside, because we were there too early. It only opens at 10:00. But the castle cat has already had interest in us.
