Don't hesitate to get off the Flow Vélo to discover the village of Marthon. The detour is worth it!

The city is known for its two springs. Indeed, the sources of the Touvre are the second resurgence of France. The clear waters provide an ideal habitat for many animal and plant species.

On leaving Marthon, this castle was commissioned by Hubert de La Rochefoucauld, around 1560, to replace an old fortress burned down during the Hundred Years War.
