A very impressive castle that is worth a visit.

La Grosle or Graule is a granite group of two blocks. Their superposition in a precarious balance is surrounded by a legend. The crows would come there to celebrate their engagement, hence the name of the site taken from the dialect word for crows.

The Pont du Lac over the Gartempe probably dates from the 17th century. Recognizable by its two arches, it is little used and has been recently renovated. It is ideally located for a short swim nearby.

Imposing ruins of an 11th century castle. The castle is rarely visited but can be admired from the outside. Its towers culminate at 20 meters high!

Passage over the Gartempe river in the town of Saint-Silvain-Montaigut, with its houses on the water's edge. Entering the village, just after the bridge on the left, a small gravelled and shaded path allows you to cycle along the river.

Church of Saint-Martin de Sardent, from the 13th century. The bell tower is covered with shingles and the southern portal is listed as a Historic Monument.
